Kiddies

So I figure I would write a blog posting more on the personal side today.
It all started when a online forum that I am on, started to do a self portrait. Man I am usually the one behind the lens for work and on the home front. I swear you look through Brysons yearly albums and it's all daddy! But then again he his a daddy's boy. So this morning I captured my self portrait picked one that I had liked and as I am adding it to the forum I hear Bryson asking if the baby is cold. I have them in their play space beside me and I look down and I see Bryson putting one of his blankies on his sister. That just melt me heart on so many levels!
First because he was being a little big brother by making sure that his little sister was happy and warm. Secondly because he NEVER share's his blankies with anyone! Not me, Not daddy no one. So I had to snap a shot of them being as cute as ever! I figure I should capture these moments as they come because I know when I was older there wasn't too many cute moments between my siblings and I from the ago of 5 and on. I think that's when the fighting begins lol. Then of course I thought I would snag a couple with myself in them.. who knows when the next time I can get a shot with them would be :D

Updated 2010 Weddings

I have to admit that I have been slacking in the blog department these last few months. My crazy wedding season happened to be in the fall, I was super busy photographing some amazing couples, preparing for our baby #2, planning Bryson's 3rd birthday bash and now Christmas seems like it has creeped right up behind me.  Here are a few favorite images of mine from a few weddings ago.

Ryan & Jackie | Welland Wedding Photographer

This past weekend Evan and I had the honor of photographing  Ryan and Jackie's special day! A few days before the wedding Jackie had concerns about some rain... Thankfully it didn't and we where able to capture some great shots at Lock 8 which I had no idea that it was even there. I would highly recommend that location. The couple was so much fun to work with and it  was great to see a few old friends... its been years!Here are a few shots from their big day!

Russ & Brenda | Port Robinson Wedding Photographer

I had the pleasure and honor of photographing a wonderful couple a few weeks ago. Russ and Brenda who have been together for many many years tied the knot here in my town of Port Robinson. It was so awsome to be there as their photographer and friend. Evan and I have known the couple for about 3 years now, we met them when we moved into our home, at the time they lived right where my studio now sits.Over the years I pass by this beautiful church and always wondered what it looked like inside, and I finally had a chance to see this church along with historical images of it.

DJ & Caitlin | Niagara On The Lake Wedding Photography

You may remember this beautiful couple from previous postings in my blogs. I had the honor of photographing their wedding day last week. Everything was perfect in so many ways.. Even tho we had some rainy parts in the morning, the rest of the day was perfect for pictures! It's always been a pleasure working with DJ and Caitlin and of course their beautiful little girl Brylee who stole many hearts while walking down the isle with her uncle. I wish them lots of love and health for many many years to come.

I had a great e-session a few weeks ago with Adam and Meaghan at Adam's uncles farm! After doing a few shots by the corn fields Adam took out the big tractor to incorperate his personaility to the photos.
