Russ & Brenda | Port Robinson Wedding Photographer

I had the pleasure and honor of photographing a wonderful couple a few weeks ago. Russ and Brenda who have been together for many many years tied the knot here in my town of Port Robinson. It was so awsome to be there as their photographer and friend. Evan and I have known the couple for about 3 years now, we met them when we moved into our home, at the time they lived right where my studio now sits.Over the years I pass by this beautiful church and always wondered what it looked like inside, and I finally had a chance to see this church along with historical images of it.

DJ & Caitlin | Niagara On The Lake Wedding Photography

You may remember this beautiful couple from previous postings in my blogs. I had the honor of photographing their wedding day last week. Everything was perfect in so many ways.. Even tho we had some rainy parts in the morning, the rest of the day was perfect for pictures! It's always been a pleasure working with DJ and Caitlin and of course their beautiful little girl Brylee who stole many hearts while walking down the isle with her uncle. I wish them lots of love and health for many many years to come.

Adam & Meaghan | Niagara Wedding Photographer

I had a great e-session a few weeks ago with Adam and Meaghan at Adam's uncles farm! After doing a few shots by the corn fields Adam took out the big tractor to incorperate his personaility to the photos. Here are a few of my favorite's from their session... and I am looking forward to their 2011 wedding!

 

Jeff & Candace | Niagara On The Lake Wedding

Evan and I had the honor of photographing Jeff, Candace and their little one's special day in the beautiful town of Niagara On The Lake. Some of you may ask why I said Jeff, Candace and their little one's special day and the reason is.... (speaking on my thoughts, feelings and experience) when a couple who already has children before marriage I find the whole entire wedding day isn't all about the bride and groom but the children involved as well. Now a days nothing is fully traditional and more couples like myself and Evan had a child before our big day. I think it's so unique and important to include the children of the bride and groom because not only is the couple becoming one the children and couple are becoming whole. Yes they might of been whole as a family sense before the wedding, but it's so much more then that when you say your " I Do's" in front of you children and have them involved as much as possible.. I think it creates lots of joy and more emotion during the big day. For example, Jeff took the kids a side and in front of their guests spoke a few meaningful and touching words to each of them... them later that night was giving them a pendent with a necklace to show how much he truly loves them both. I have to be honest but at that moment myself and their guests teared up. Well enough of me and my thoughts, this couple is truly amazing and so meant for each other. They will always stand out in my mind as the one's who captured my heart that day. Evan and I wish them both the very best with lots of love and good health for their future as Mr & Mrs and for their beautiful children... and perhaps a few more babies a head :) (joking) but if so GREAT!

Before & After | Welland Children Photography

I always enjoy when I see my clients come back for another photo session. Kristen had contacted me to photograph another photo session of her adorable little girls a week ago, and boy have they grown up within the last year! I managed to pull out a photo of them both from their last session with me almost a year ago and compared it to one from their recent session and it goes to show that children really do change so fast!
